What is NLP?
NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. Pay attention, here's the technical bit -
It's been described as having a "users manual" for your brain.
The name doesn't really help does it? People tend to think it's very complicated, a bit pink and fluffy, or even suspicious (who wants to be "programmed"?)
Basically, when I'm working with a client, if there are relevant NLP tools of techniques I can share, that will help them to be more in charge of their thoughts, feelings and actions, or to communicate more effectively with others, then I use them.
